Order & Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Painted Sky Paints Co. LLC! Each product is handcrafted with care under the Arizona skies. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most orders are handmade and packed in the order they are received. Please allow approximately 3–10 business days for processing before shipment unless otherwise stated during sales, launches, holidays, or special events.

During large launches, club shipments, or sales events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information if provided through the carrier. Shipping times are determined by the postal carrier and are outside of our control.

Painted Sky Paints Co. LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by USPS or shipping carriers
  • Weather-related delays
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once accepted by the carrier
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Handmade Product Notice

Because our paints and products are handcrafted in small batches using pigments and artisan techniques, slight variations in color and texture may occur from batch to batch. This is part of the uniqueness and beauty of handmade products.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handcrafted paint products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
